"It was an ugly call that I had been dreading for months... a policy review with State Farm... I was still reeling from huge premium increase from last year so I pretty much knew what was coming. But, once I got into the review with Crystal, I was happily and gratefully surprised to hear her wanting to to work with me to mitigate as much of the increases as possible and better customize my homeowner policy so that things remained manageable. And for once, I didn't feel powerless when dealing with State Farm. A positive experience that reconfirmed my decision to stay with them."

"Called State Farm about adding my son to my policy. Nicole Johnson was very helpful in getting me a good rate. I always hear horror stories about high rates for new/teen drivers.
